In the shadowed world of Edonia, where endless wars rage and darkness clings to the very air, a sorcerer named Onibla left behind a curse-and a gift. Long ago, he cast a powerful spell over the monsters of the land, binding their very souls to a flame of unimaginable power. This flame, known as the Fire of Awaken-or Hero of Awaken-is said to burn brightest only for the most relentless and worthy warrior.
Legends say it does not choose lightly, but waits for one who can carve their name into the bloodstained ground of Edonia, one who hunts tirelessly and gathers the energy of the fallen monsters. From the cold mountains of the Vampires to the forests of the Ousters, through the ruined cities where the Slayers dwell, the Fire of Awaken has become the prize of heroes, coveted and fought over across generations.
It was during the darkest war between Vampires, Ousters, and Slayers that the Fire first revealed its powers. Monsters twisted by Onibla`s magic roamed in Darkeden unchecked, stronger than ever before. The people cried for salvation, but no one could stop the endless waves of darkness. Then, a warrior rose. He was nameless at first, known only for his blade and unshakable will. He slaughtered monsters day and night, their dark energy churning into him, none to notice. And when the time was due, the Fire of Awaken erupted above him, lighting his body in blazing light.
While he possessed the flame, he received additional skills, such as increased protection versus attacks, faster pet leveling, and others. But the Fire does not stay with one hero forever. When another warrior proves his worth-when the blood of monsters spills at his hands-the Fire leaves its old master and blesses a new one. Thus, the eternal battle began.
And the cycle never ends. Warriors rise, claim the Fire, and fall. Some become legends, their names chanted in taverns and whispered in awe. Others are forgotten, their chance at glory stolen by stronger hands.
In the private server of DarkEden Awaken, the Fire of Awaken still calls to those brave enough to answer. Heroes are forged not through peace but in endless struggle. The monsters of Edonia grow restless, and the flame burns ever brighter.

Perhaps it will be you, Slayer, carving your path with sword and shield.
