DKAWAKEN PRIVATE SERVER POLICY
Welcome to dkAwaken (DKA)! Our goal is to create a fun, respectful, and safe environment for players and staff across all game-related platforms. By registering an account, you agree to these rules. Please remember, each time you log in or play DKA, you confirm acceptance of our Policy.
1. BE RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL, AND ENJOY THE GAME
dkAwaken values community spirit. We encourage everyone to be respectful, help one another, and foster a friendly environment. Any behavior that is discriminatory, hateful, or toxic is strictly prohibited. Every community member deserves to be treated equally and with respect.
2. NO DISCRIMINATION OR HARASSMENT
Racist, sexist, homophobic, or otherwise hateful behavior, as well as harassment, are strictly prohibited. If you experience harassment, contact DKA Staff. Please note that complaints are reviewed based on the specifics provided and may be dismissed if deemed baseless.
3. IMPERSONATION OF STAFF OR SPREADING FALSE INFORMATION
Impersonating DKA Staff or spreading false or malicious information about DKA, staff members, or gameplay is not allowed and may result in account penalties.
4. NO CHEATING OR ABUSING SYSTEMS
To maintain fair play, using third-party software or other means to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited. Any account found in violation may face penalties, including item removal, level reduction, or account suspension.
5. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
By making a payment to receive virtual goods (e.g., virtual gold or market points) in DKA, you accept the following terms:
- Non-Refundable Payments: Payments for virtual goods are final and non-refundable, as they constitute digital goods with no physical component.
- Digital Goods: Virtual goods are provided instantly within the game. No physical items are shipped.
- No Chargebacks: Chargebacks on completed payments are not allowed. By proceeding with the payment, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes via your payment provider.
By completing a purchase, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to these terms.
6. ACCOUNT AND ITEM TRADING OR SHARING
Trades or sales between accounts should involve a Game Master (GM) as a middleman. For unsupported trades without GM involvement, DKA is not responsible for transaction issues. If you plan to trade items, please inform a GM or provide screenshots and details of the transaction in advance. DKA will not mediate disputes without these precautions.
7. NO REQUESTING FREE ITEMS OR BENEFITS
Please refrain from asking DKA Staff for free items or perks. Such requests will not be entertained and may result in warnings or account penalties, as they disrupt other players` experiences and the community atmosphere.
8. STAFF ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support, Not Service:
The game staff`s primary role is to maintain the integrity and stability of the game environment. While we may provide hints or explanations about gameplay mechanics, we are not obligated to answer every question or cater to individual demands. Some aspects of the game are intentionally designed for players to discover through exploration and experience.
Game Integrity Over Individual Preferences:
The game is developed with a balanced design and a vision in mind. Changes to the game will only be considered when they align with the original vision and design. We do not modify the game based on individual players` requests or frustrations stemming from their learning curve.
9. NO PROMOTING OTHER GAMES OR SERVERS
To foster a cohesive environment, advertising or promoting external games or servers within DKA’s community spaces is not allowed. Violations of this policy may result in warnings, suspensions, or bans, as this behavior undermines the integrity of our community.
10. SERVER MAINTENANCE AND DOWNTIME
Our server may occasionally go offline for maintenance or updates. While we aim to provide notice, emergency maintenance may occur without prior warning. No refunds or compensations will be provided for downtime. We appreciate your understanding.
11. BAN APPEALS
If you believe an account ban was issued in error, you may submit an appeal through Discord’s Ticketing system within 7 days of the ban. Appeals are reviewed, and decisions will be communicated after a thorough investigation.
Acceptance By playing dkAwaken, you agree to abide by this Policy. If you disagree, we kindly ask you to refrain from using this website.

To provide our game services, we collect the following information:
Username: Used to identify players within the game and on leaderboards.
Email Address: Used solely for account recovery purposes.
IP Address: Used for login and security verification.
Transaction ID: Collected for payment confirmation and verification; we do not store full payment or billing information.
2. Purpose of Data Collection
We collect and use this information for the following purposes:
Account Management: Your username, email, and IP address are used to create and manage your account, provide account recovery support, and verify logins.
Game Security: IP addresses are used to protect against unauthorized access and secure player accounts.
Leaderboards: Only non-personal player statistics, such as rank and level, are publicly visible on leaderboards. No personal identifiers are displayed.
Payment Verification: Transaction IDs are stored to confirm in-game purchases; full payment data is managed securely by our payment provider.
3. Data Sharing
Third-Party Payment Processing: Payments are processed by [Stripe and/or Paddle]. We do not store or manage full payment details, and our payment processors handle payment data in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Public Information: Only in-game statistics (rank and level) are publicly available on leaderboards; usernames are not disclosed.
4. User Rights
Under the GDPR, users in the EU have the following rights:
Access: You may request access to your personal data we hold.
Correction: You may request correction of any inaccurate data.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data.
To exercise any of these rights, please open a ticket in our Discord server.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
Data Retention: Personal data is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill legal obligations. Inactive accounts and related personal data may be deleted after 1 year of inactivity.

Our website may use cookies for basic functionality, but no personal data is collected for tracking or analytics purposes.
